but blaming Obama is not ridiculous?
You were trying to blame Bush for the current disaster in the Gulf. He is no longer POTUS.
Obama is.
but blaming Obama is not ridiculous?
where? You were trying to blame Bush for the current disaster in the Gulf. He is no longer POTUS.
ok. but I'm still trying to see how.Obama is.
"You had executives of BP and Transocean and Halliburton falling over each other to point the finger of blame at somebody else."
Executives from BP, Transocean and Halliburton are back in the hot seat Wednesday as a House Energy and Commerce subcommittee questions them about the Gulf Coast oil spill.
The three companies have primarily blamed each other for the accident in April that left 11 workers dead and oil still spewing into the Gulf.

Jiro, in the magical world of law suits, the court can apportion the blame. That's why all of the entities are busy pointing fingers at each other. Dump as much of the responsibility on the other guy as possible.
Blaming each other?Isn't that what politics about??Blaming each other?
It'd help if they can get the right president under the right year for once. Clearly a mistake, yet won't admit to the error that it wasn't under Bush when it was ordered in 1998 and laid down in 2000? Be man, admit that part incorrect for once. "All this... was under Bush Administration." Nope. Not even true for year 1998 - 2001 (January)
this oil rig was ordered on December 1998. It was laid down on March 21, 2000. It was completed on 2001. It was acquired by Transocean in 2001. BP leased it until 2013.
All this... was under Bush Administration
but blaming Obama is not ridiculous?
Obama's people gave this rig an award for safety. If that doesn't put the blame on him it should at least take away his finger pointing rights in this case.
yes thank you for correction. the operation and completion were under Bush. and Halliburton? Dick Cheney's company? You said.....
I was merely pointing out that no.....not all of that happened under Bush.
now is it worth the risk? Many people blame the existence of the rig for the oil leak. They say offshore drilling is too dangerous and not worth the risk.
and if the President was lied to? I mean.. it's no worse than Bush's "Mission Accomplished" poster cuz it ain't accomplished. and it ain't justified either.
bad intel on Iraq? Should you blame Obama for bad intel or give him a pass?
AP IMPACT: Fed'l inspections on rig not as claimed - Yahoo! News
The rig was inspected by the federal government .... they gave the rig a pass. Obama gave permission to drill.
