You can go to SIPRelay® and register for a free phone number to use relay through AIM and receive calls too and get your independency back..

Or if you prefer using different service, there's also Hamilton CapTel

You can also use TalkTo app that's available on Android and Iphone now to make reservation for cars & such which also helps.. But they recommend not sharing credit card info with their app so you can just make reservation in your name and agree to show up in person. Its usually worth it.

Yes its good to have family member to help, but sometimes its time to figure out a way to do it ourselves and depend on ourselves to make necessary phone calls on the go!

Another app similar to that offered by Hamilton is Wireless CapTel by Sprint | Sprint CapTel. But it is just for Android. One advantage to it is that it uses NO VOICE MINUTES as your end of the conversation is VOIP. With both of these you need to speak for your end of the conversation.
