Wow, wish more people are like her:

"Jodie Foster has been good friends with Mel Gibson since they worked together on 'Maverick' in 1994, and that won't change because of his ugly racist rants taped by his ex, she tells MORE magazine.

"When you love a friend, you don't abandon them when they are struggling," Foster told MORE. "Of course, Mel is an undeniably gifted actor and director, and 'The Beaver' is one of his most powerful and moving performances. But more importantly, he is and has been a true and loyal friend. I hope I can help him get through this dark moment."

I wonder if this mean Jodie Foster is Anti Semitic too? Mel Gibson was once ask if thought the Holocaust really happen and Mel said his father said the
Holocaust never happen and that his father does not lies! I will never rent or watch one of his moive again.
 
Looks like somebody finally impressed the heck out of Jodie Foster.

If my father said this I would had disagree with him. Disagreeing with a parent and disowning is not the same. You can disagree with a person and STILL love them! So if your dad said the Holocaust NEVER happen you would agree with him! And my dad talked about the Holocaust as he know if happen, one of his brother was a FBI man and part of his job was to find people that commited war crimes. This really is shocking to think you will agree with someone as you think you're disowning them to do other wise!
 
I'm a big fan of Mel Gibson, love his movies!...His personal life may be in shambles.....but it has nothing to do with me. If it did, and I lived with him on a daily basis, I might feel different. But no doubt about it, he is a great actor. Same thing for Michael Jackson, Roman Polaski and even a lot of sports figures.....
