One of Blackburn's most historic buildings is being used to boost job opportunities for deaf workers.
The East Lancashire Deaf Society has refurbished the two hundred year old King's Court building to create a new business centre with twenty four office units.
Now the building's cleaning and maintenance firm will become the first in the North West to be staffed by deaf people and it's hoped more will follow.
