Jello With Pretzel Crust

3 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. margarine
2 1/2 c. crushed pretzels
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
2 (3 oz) pkgs. strawberry jello
2 c. boiling water
10 oz. frozen strawberries

Cream (3 Tbsp. sugar & 3/4 c. margarine) first 2 ingredients; add pretzels and press into 13 X 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.

Cream together cream cheese and 1 cup sugar; add Cool Whip and spread over pretzels crust. Refrigerate.

Mix jello and water thoroughly, then add strawberries. Refrigerate until almost set, then pour over cream cheese. Refrigerate. Serve with Cool Whip topping.
 
Hard to believe!

Basic is 1st layer of "pretzel crust" baked; 2nd layer of "cream cheese mixutre" over pretzel crust; 3rd of layer "Jello & strawberries mixture" put refrigerate when almost set then pour over cream cheese mixture, then put in refrigerate. Cut into squares, serve with cool whip topping.. Yummy!!!

Yes, I had made that one before. It is REAL good! Believe me! I havent made for long time.
