I went to Wal-Mart and bought new games then asked employee and let me to check on back of game box but he refused to show me and just like WTF at him. Wal-Mart is real fuck up on consumer rights and got rights to check on back of game box about if support on 480p (Make sure if not support on HDTV only). Now, I'm start shopping new games at Best Buy, Circuit City, Toys R US and EBgames, and most of them are great on consumer rights.

Target is alright and asked one woman to let me to check out then she let to do it. I got PGR 3 and played on 480p then their graphic isn't good and resolution is poor but I found out on back of game box and its said support on HDTV only.

Do you have experience about issues with employee at stores?

Honestly I try to find out everything I can about a game online before I buy it in a store, for the reasons you mentioned. There's one EB Games near me that seems to hire nice and knowledgeable employees so I prefer to shop there, but if I have to go to any of those other stores you mentioned (ESPECIALLY Best Buy) I assume that I won't get any help on anything.

You just simply research what features it has online then just take it, purchase it and leave the store if you don't want to bother with those inexperienced employees.
