is this police brutality?

What do you think would happen if you had kicked him in the face?

Assault on a peace officer isn't going to impress a judge.

An actual riot. I had about 100 people backing me.

More than once? man... Yep I know the feeling.

I opened a door and gun was in my face. I was like "dude.."

I can dig it. Once I tried to visit a friend on the first floor of an apartment after hitching there. She was not home, so I slept on the stairs next to her door. I was wearing a poncho and some kind of hat. I was just falling asleep when the front door opened, and a cop stood there pointing his gun at me. The look of terror on his face was indescibable. I made soothing noises, saying, "I do not have a gun and I am deaf" and slowly removed my hands from under the poncho. The cop was shaking while he checked out my id and stuff. Dang.]

you look scary to a cop. he can scream at you and you just move around like a meth head. that will get the cop in a loving mood- loving his gun aiming at you

I consider it police brutality, but I can understand where these guys were coming from. However, two wrongs don't make a right.
