So im watching the Columbine thing on the History Channel....and i started crying. To watch these innocent people get shot in the face for no reason, it killed my heart, and i started to cry a bit.


what do u guys think about men crying? i dont really like the fact that i cry over things like that, but its who i am. i cant help that im a sensitive guy. lol i hate that word, sensitive. but what am i gonna do? like i said thats who i am


anyway, do u think about men crying?
 
AJ, under circumstances like what you just described, it is perfectly alright and healthy, too. REAL men do cry on occasion.
 
I encouraged men to cry.. ITS OK.. to cry..
I grew up with my very strict dad.. he taught my brother..
Men dont cry..

at his funeral.. my brother fought back tears.. I elbowed
him.. said.. its ok to cry.. he broke down..

he still dont cry.. only if ... too emotionally.. but.. I dont see why men cant cry just because of pride..or ego... or MAN of the house.. but.. still..
my man dont show his tears.. till recent.. he had emotionally tears.. it makes my heart sparks.. and hugged him.. it was great feeling.. so.. I would be uncomfortable if men dont cry.. means that men show no remorse?

Yes, it is alright for men to cry. It makes them to grow up and have a good heart. It doesnt make me feel less if they cry. I find it healthy for men to cry once a while. Let yourself cry if you feel like it. Like you are sad, or funerals or weddings or movies. Let yourself cry.
 
it just feels like men are supposed to be the strong ones. men are supposed to be the shoulders for others to cry on.
 
I like it when men cry because that tells me that when men who crys have emotional feelings too just like women do. I like men who express their feelings. ;)
 
definitely yes it is ALRIGHT for men to cry. we all have reasons to cry for something. its normal and its ok to cry!!!!
 
Doesnt matter. Men and Women have a shoulder for them to cry on. That is why we have emotions. We need to get it out or we would so explode big time!

Let it go, let it out! Dont keep it inside so much, it would hurt so much.
 
i think its ok for men to cry it shows they have emotions doesn't make you any less manly.
 
Yes it is normal.

I was aghast to see Prince William and Prince Harry didn't cry at their Mother's funeral. :ugh:

I admit I've seen RR cries , and it's makes me love him even more.... :kiss:

Yeah, AJ, it seems that way cos society has drummed that into our heads but I don't believe that a masculine, outward show of strength is strength at all. It comes from within, man.
 
I believe guys should cry alone in private. I am not gonna follow every little new trend that is out there because alots of it makes guys look really stupid. Today we have so many guys acting like girls. Think for yourselves, guys !!! Be strong !!!!

It is perfectly okay for men to cry because they are human beings just like us women. I don't think that when guys cry they are acting like girls :roll:

It doesnt matter...even I tried, my brother cried, we all guys cried for many reasons...

heck, even Rambo cried too.
 
Its alright for men to cry! I love to seeing a man to cry and express his feelings since it can touch my heart!!!

I never forget that day, I was at my aunt's funeral and when priest was done and we stand up and walking out to chat together. I saw my dad standing in the corner and I just walked up to him and touched his shoulder and all of sudden he grabbed me to hug me and I puzzled and looked at my mom, she smiled and said that hes crying and I thought my mom was kidding and I pushed my dad's shoulders to letting me to see him and started cry when I saw his tears all over on his cheeks and got red eyes. Its my first time to seeing him cry like that. But in whole of my life, I saw him cried only few times, maybe less than 10 times.
 
You're born with tear ducts... Use them if you need to. *rolls eyes*
