Internet News Captions?

Im kinda grr with somebody don't put captions if we read any video news and there are NO captions.. do you think if have any way to download and have a subtiles on it?

Take that up to FCC they're passing out captioning waivers like candy on Halloween night.

Very funny...

I'm not alone.. I have hard time viewer w/video come w/caption but isn't showing on the it.. fawk! Liar company who create video will be always caption..

Its happening in the real world. Over 300 waivers out of 500 requests were granted since last November.

If you think it's funny then I can have the last laugh.
