Is there any possible to call outside of the U.S. through a relay call than Soreson?

Yes, actually any VRS companies allow you to place international calls.

Too many VRS companies to list.

You can access them through your VP if you use the dial around.

My understand you can call outside of USA. But FCC dont allow anyone from outside to call VRS. Correct me if I am wrong.

When I was in Russia, I bought the flight ticket through orbitz (800 nbr) via ichat (purpleIM), and it goes smoothly. But, I don't know about Sorenson. What if you are calling to someone in Japan, interpreter wouldn't understand Japanese.

You are right. International calls in using any VRS are outside of USA only.
