Interesting/Strange vegetarian meal

Hi,
I am joining Youth Challenge Australia which is an international volunteer program. At the selection day, I have to bring an interesting/strange pre-cooked vegetarian meal to share between 2 people that will keep safely for the day and please note that there will be no refrigeration or heating facilities available. ANY SUGGESTION????

Dry ice? Then put the meal in a dutch oven and put it over a wood fire to heat up when it's time?
