Interested in starting an ASL club at my school

Hi :wave: I'm Abby, and this is my first post on here.

I'm interested in starting an ASL club at my school. We aren't offered ASL classes at my school, so I thought it would be a good idea for those who want to learn about signing/deaf culture.

I really don't know where to begin in organizing it, though. I don't feel like I'm qualified to teach my peers ASL (considering I am far from fluent).

Does anyone have some advice for how to go about organizing this club?

I only know one person, and I don't think they'd want to. I asked and I'm waiting for a response.

I gave it a look. All of the ones in my state are at least 2 hours away from me :/
