Regardless of diet... Type I diabetes are still insulin dependant. No diet will cure it. The pancreas does not work at all.

The diet "may" help with type II diabetes.

So it depends on what type of diabetes the person has. I would not go around encouraging people to change their diet and stop taking their insulin.

Don't get me wrong I think your Paleo diet that you are on is awesome. Some require a certain amount of carbs to survive and keep from becoming hypoglycemic.
