i dont want to sound like im dumb but im wondering HOW do deaf-blind user read and understand what we're saying on the forum?? i mean they cant see the word on computer screen and for deaf-blind with cochlear implants, do they hve special computer that like when you scroll your mouse across word computer read and speak it out aloud so person know what forum said? im sorry but idk how this thing work for them LOL
