it's a myth but it's usually good idea not to wake a sleepwalker because it would causes the sleepwalker to be extremely disoriented and confused. It may cause him/her to injure others or oneself out of panic.
seems like we have a fair amount of sleepwalkers here
today I went to the farmer's market with my mom, it was great! They had radishes that looked like green beans. And I made myself a salad with all the market veggies
I like to people-and dog-watch at the market too. Does anybody else go to the farmer's market? What do you make with what you buy?
