"I'm back!" as in... my computer stuff is back!
What actually happened was that my first computer got fucked up and no longer functioned. All of my files were intact, but Windows didn't function any more. I decided to start using my second computer, which is exactly the same in hardware as my first computer. After a while, I got tired of having to use AIM or Dead AIM because I prefer to use Trillian. I also lost all of my bookmarked websites.
Today, I decided to try something... something I never did before myself.
I merged both computers into one. I took the 40 GB hard drive from my first computer and installed it in my second computer. I took the two 64 MB RAM from my first computer and installed them in my second computer. Now, I've got 80 GB hard drive memory and 256 MB RAM! Whew!
After doing this, I started my computer again... and it runs smoother than before. I was even able to restore my Trillian and other programs from my other computer. In other words, "I'm back!"
Soon, I'm gonna be doubling my CD-R and floppy disk drives!
Any of you ever done this?
