As I read thru all this, for sure I will see King David, Peter, John, Moses and many others, but mostly I rather see above all is God the Father who has given us His Son Jesus who died for us to pay our sin debt in full and bring to heaven and thank Jesus of what He has done. All the blessing I will receive will be given back to Him, bec what He has done for me. The other was asking about afflictions and prayers. There are different meaning of test, english is very poor language which lead confusions. Test also meant temptations, Satan testing us is meaning of temptations. God testing us is sharpen our faith, like Abraham. God always answers prayers, Hiis answer will be YES, NO or WAIT. MOST PEOPLE HATE TO WAIT, RATHER HAVE SO CALLED "MICROWAVE" PRAYERS. Temptations, trials, afflictions and etc is helping you to grow, true, many of us doesn't like problems. I failed numerous times when I face and sometimes victoriously. No probelm, then you will become stagnant. I learned a lot of things in life. Also some has a wrong view of christianity, hypocrites not only relate with christians, there are also non christians too. C.S. Lewis was once athiest and been converted to Christ and saw the real message of the Gospel. Well know athiest woman from texas I forgot her name, I have met her son who is now a pastor and real life changing. True, God doesn't want anyone go to hell, but problem, people makes the choices. You can name calling on christians, whatever you going thru with other christians how they treat3ed u just like I ve been thru likewise, doesn't change me at all, I keep my faith in Christ, the problem is this, many6 chrsitians being to religious and going to church and depend on it, is causing theproblem, its more than just going to church, it has to be daily life devotion/worship and study to know Him more and His power. Our warfare are not against people, but spiritual warfares. I know some of you don't believe that, bec you couldn't see it. It is real. The mind is the battlefield which corrupt peoples thoughts when we leave it open and empty. Have no clue why speaking highly about Peter, but there are many we should speak highly of, but utmost is Jesus Christ, my Redeemer.
