If your wedding is on Halloween,
what kind of wedding will you have?

Would dress your groom as Frankenstein and you dress in black wedding dress as a witch?

Instead of rice, but use candies to throw at you and your newlywed spouse?

And use an old ugly broom to hop over it?

And and have a hearst limo with a casket in the back seat...
with a sign "Just Married"

:ugh:

Mod Edit: One word--Never. Pls. do not bring up his username here as he is no longer a member and (to everyone--) it's quite moot to bring that username up whereas it doesn't serve for the best interest of Alldeaf.com, thank you~!

I did go to a Deaf wedding on Halloween.

The bride and groom were dressed up as Renassisance princess and knight while the .... attendees had to wear up as cartoon characters (I didn't know about that requirement and showed up as a doctor. Oops!)

The cake wasn't halloween-themed.
I don't think a halloween-themed wedding is a good idea because it was hard for me to recognize people out of their costumes ! Recently I met one guy in Riverside and he said he saw and did chat with me at that wedding. I went "???" and tried to figure out who he was at the wedding (I got an excellent memory so I was frustrated that I was stumbled with his face). He said he was in black cape and got makeup like one of Star Wars character. A light bulb went off-- "OH MIKE! The one who hit on me but realized I was a jailbait..." (the wedding was YEARS ago) He laughed. I totally didn't recongize him, especially without his face being painted in red and black! UNFAIR! ;-)
