I discovered that I needed to upgrade my Internet Browser from IE7 to IE8, and that seems to have done the trick. Just saying. Of course, it depends on the kind of laptop you might have.
If anyone is having a problem with Z5 Desktop....

Google Chrome tops every other browser in my opinion.

It certainly does. I use it, too, but Z5 and all the others use IE, and I needed to upgrade that in order to run it more smoothly. The only exception to a VP call is Convo Anywhere, which does use Google Chrome, and I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but maybe someday I will.
