Now, I like coffee. I would not like it if someone forced me to drink coffee. I also would not like it if I was fined for NOT drinking coffee.

The Associated Press: Idaho first to sign law aimed at health care plan

Idaho took the lead in a growing, nationwide fight against health care overhaul Wednesday when its governor became the first to sign a measure requiring the state attorney general to sue the federal government if residents are forced to buy health insurance.
Similar legislation is pending in 37 other states.

Fallicious comparison. You not drinking coffee does not affect the rest of society.

Not surprised but I'm expected that supreme court would rule mandatory insurance coverage as constitutional ans I'm sure that some people whoever studied in health care reform would argue about it as well.

I just need to clarify something....

The government is trying to pass a bill that forces people to buy insurance even if they have no money? If they don't they will go to jail?
