I want Tecmo Super Bowl back

I love playing Tecmo Super Bowl 1, 2, and 3 (NES, SNES, & Sega Genies). I wish they bring it back but I know EA sports bought NFL rights. This sucks.

Tecmo Super Bowl and 2ksports made awesome Pro football games. EA sucks man.
 
Yes, I do remember Tecmo Bowl. Perhaps it's only football game I played many times. *edit* Sorry, I was mistake about Tecmo Super Bowl as Tecmo Bowl.

Why dont you dl the roms and emulator and play them until Nintendo Wii come out? I not sure if Tecmo decide to have classic games put in Virtual Console library. Tecmo released their games to PS2 and Xbox only, not Gamecube.

Tecmo did re-release Tecmo Bowl as part of Tecmo Classic Arcade for Xbox.

EA sucked. Yes. Because of they ruined Bionicle the Game.
 
Yeah I have the rom with NES emulator of Tecmo bowl and Tecmo Super bowl here. I wish they can update the rosters into 2006 season. I saw someone edited games in NES I guess there is a way to update rosters for Tecmo Super Bowl? That would cool if that happens.

You can call Tecmo companies to create it, or create new petition.

There's Tecmo... That where create DOA games but I'm expected that DOA games would on PS3, also on Xbox 360.

I understand you like football games by Tecmo better but Tecmo is actually a japanese company and EA is an american company, where football is the most popular sport in america too, and is the largest gaming publisher in the US. Midway and Rockstar are popular american publishers too but not as big as EA, and I dont really like that many games from EA either. the only game I liked from EA is "Black" and the other game I'm curious to try it out on the Xbox360 by EA is "Army of Two" that proably wont be out 'til 2007. so, yeah I do agree EA sucks but not all of their games suck anyway

Yeah I only like Nascar series by EA on PC but I havnt try "Black" is it FPS?
 
Those screenshots of Tecmo Super Bowl are awesome. I have played them all. But didnt get to play much on PSX because I never owned PS system. I did played it once on my ex's uncle's PSx. It was cool.

I never forget I used to bet on items with my friend playing Tecmo Super Bowl III on SNES. I won bunches of items lol. He continues to bet and try to win all his items back but failed.

I saw my favorite QB steve young on one of the screen shot! Heh

Actually. NascarZing, These games you mentioned will probably be available on the Nintendo Wii Virtual Console Download service. Which means you could download each Tecmo game for 99 cents. They will have a traditional controller available for these games. I'm sure Tecmo will let Nintendo put these games up for download since they're using old rosters not new.

Yes, they do have 2003-2004 patch for TSB. There's online leagues you could join and play against players via internet.

Yep it is FPS.

I always playing alot of FPS games.
 
Dont blame EA. Blame NFL for selling its right to EA and EA is more than happy to scoop up the rights.

Ahhhhh TEMCO Superbowl is greatest football ever. :cool:

it is somewhat possible ! :D for those who still own nes system like i do with 300+ game cartridges !!! :D anyways go to NES Reproduction Sale u shd see link to the tecmo bowl with updated roster to play on ur nes system ! blast from the past !! keep the past ALIVE history never DIES !
