I have a PCA that comes three times a week to help me do dishes, wash cloths ect. Well she keeps putting stuff in the wrong place. I have to hunt for my dishes and tras bags. Speaking of trash bags I leave mine in the bottom of the trash can so that they are always there. Well she changed the bag after takeing out the trash and threw the role of bags away. She has no common sense and I'm getting very pissed ! I try to nice but dang I think I need to gripe her out ! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr Thanks for listening.

Awww. Maybe you both need a vacation… separately.. :ugh: :ugh:
You can try and make the rules, you can do what you want to do and let this person do what she/he do. Tell her, if things belong to you, don't touch a thing and don't touch her/his belong.

Ummm....sorry to hear that you are having trouble with her. Maybe you can write out some instructions for her, and ask her (again) to please put things where you want them to be - it's a reasonable request. It IS your house and your belongings, after all.

G'luck,
Malfoyish

Try talking to her and explain what is expected to be done. If she's not making you happy, she's obviously not doing her job. If she still refuses to abide by your wishes, then fire her and find someone else!

:werd: I agree totally if it still doesn t work out find someone else who'll abide by yr rules!

Give her a warning letter and tell her to respect your rules.

I hear you....I work as an Attendant Carer for this lady who acquired a brain infection which rendered her without any mobility -- she's wheelchair bound, can do a few things on her own to a minimium.
Anyway, she has a House Cleaner who comes around the house once a week, twice so far, I've seen her do the job and did a lousy job. Have been very slack in doing her job properly, so Kerr typed up a list of 'What to Do' list for the cleaner -- and her mother sent the cleaner a first warning and talking over about the quality of cleaning she was doing.

So, best thing is -- write up a list of what you expect your PCA to do around the house and ensure that she's made aware of what she should and shouldn't do at your home.
That should enable her to minimise the mistakes and lack of in her job of cleaning.

Good vent, btw...soonerfans!
