Not really. All you have to do is find obdo completely b16 swap, special motor/tranny mounts from b series to 86' crx (would need to requre welding and some of stuff) Lets say 2000 flat to do everything.

I don't know any Honda engine swaps, I just look up Alldata during my breakktime today, I now see a 86 CRX Si with engine code EW3, use a fuel injection and other 86 CRX with engine code EW1, use carburetor. I didn't see any EW4 in 1986 model year, maybe other model year.

You can always convert meaning drop the carb motor and put injection motor in it with some bitch wiring, but it is been done.
