I have a Voyager phone by LP through verizon and owned it for 7 months now. I got phone out one morning to see the LCD/plasma whatever screen is cracked, so the whole menu screen and color is trashed. I had paid for insurance (4.99 mo) but my deductable is still 50$. Are all these phones IE- I phone or voyager etc easy for this screen to crack?
I don't remember any trauma or extreme temperatures I have subjected my phone to so it just sucks to be me. I do still have screen though when the phone opens up and I can use all my options that way.
I'm now waiting for my insurance replacement phone to arrive here who knows when. I want to know if anybody had these or similar problems with these type of phone. I wanted blackberry at same time, but in end deciding on Voyager. Now I kinda wished I'd have gotten new Blackberry- oh well, at least they are getting me a new one. Im just afraid it could easily happen again. Its like 340.00$ retail.
