I got a question for you guys..

Keeping it short, JUST DON'T DO IT. Too many people can get in trouble.

I do remember having a topic a few years about about letting your kids try alcohol. Lemme see if I can find it and post it here...

I totally agree! I am not sure of the laws in each state, but I believe that the hosts of the party is liable if something happens such as a drunk driving incident. I've heard of people being held liable when drunk driving occurs simply because they were the ones that furnished the alcohol.

It's just not a wise move to give minors alcohol anymore. Too much chance of someone getting sued or charges being filed.

now that everyone has given you their answers...

my question is.. are you underage.. or has someone underage asked you to purchase/provide them with liquor??

And theyre loopholes around it. A kid can ask an adult to buy booze at the liqour store and theyre get it for them. A kid ask me and gave me a $5 i told give me a $20 ill get it for you. And he said no way,,,Fine no booze find somebody else...He said OK,,,,Heres a $20 why i said you gotta pay for my service fee. Well thats the real world. A car mechcanic charge you a labor fee for his service i should charge you a service fee.

*rme* i aint giving you money you find money somewhere else :sure: :madfawk:

That happens all the time in England but here the age limit is 18, there's a lot of 18 year olds who will do anything to get some money, and underage kids will pay those 18 year olds to get drinks.

Its a sad thing when that happens, especially when kids as young as 12 - 13 year olds try and get booze

I only buy for people who are 21 and over. If under 21, sorry! I don't want to run in with law and my repupation would be ruined since I am in politics.
