I can't open the camera application on BB

When I went in camera icon and said "Could not start the camera. Close other applications and try opening the camera again.".

What happen? How I can fix it?
 
It always has worked for me just to remove the battery and replace. (pretty sure that is what PowerOn meant by reboot, but thought I would say it anyway.)
 
I had clear up the memory and reboot then still same problem.
 
you might want to backup your BB first and then do a clean re-install. Maybe your camera program is corrupted.

I had tried it and got same result.
 
Yup, I found info about how to clean install and it's installing right now.

I hope that camera will work after clean install.
 
I agree with part of jiro's post that Your blackberry's files are corrputed. Did you installed different OS on BB than Verzion BB's OS? If so, you have downgrade OS from Verizon install on your bb instead of different version OS.
 
I had done with clean install and unfortunately, I still got error message. :(

I'm going try rid some of third party applications.

you'll have to take your cell to Verizon store to "reformat" it.
 
I went Verizon store today and found my phone is defective, possibly OS defective and will send new BB replacement in mail in next week.
 
XBGMER, do you have same issue before? Just wonders.

No, when I upgraded on my curve from os to hacked new os thru foreign's own. I realized that Camera gave me lousy pixel and video caputre messed up. I believe that files been corrupted itself. Once, I forced myself downgraded my curve thru tmobile's os instead of different os from foreign. till i found the rumors another version was much better, i hacked & upgraded it and I am happy with it. ;)

if i had problem with it which isn't solve, i have to downloading the downgrade OS than figure it out how to fix/solve.
