I admit you are right that the onions do hurt my nose sometimes and make me cry too? LOL but it is good for your colds as it have vitamins n minerals. I love purple onions as it is very delicious.. perfect with salads and many other main dishes.. yummy! damn im HUNGRY now.. i havent eaten yet! wahhh
