The name is Marvin, but you can all call me Marvin. Some things about me:

-21 years old

-Living the dream working as a bus boy at Hooters (yesssss!)

-Single and always looking to score

-I have dreams of being a singer (Marvin Presents Love Songs: The Album coming soon!)

-I prefer the term deaf over anything else. I've heard (lol) that the blacks use deaf as a word meaning cool, and I'm cool, so it works.

Since you said, you prefer DEAF. so Are you an ASL user?

You better believe I am an ASL user, I help teach it to some of those damn listeners at my local Community Center.

Yup, deaf is the way to go. From my friends at Urban Dictionary:
Def means cool, ill, dope. You know.
Yo man Bone Thugs N Harmony are one of the most def groups of all time.

I just took some poetic license to it so to speak.
 
Frisky - If the easy girls are taken, then I will just have to take them back. I'm like a deaf Robin Hood when it comes to easy girls, except instead of a bow and arrow, I have the gift of song.

Wow, you don't know anything about deafness. You are soooo keen on being hearing so that mean you are hearing, not deaf. You are right about the word "def" for being cool but not deaf. It means that there is no sounds coming into the brain or ears, duh! If you want to learn about our deafness, Deaf Culture and Deaf perspectives including Hard of Hearing perspectives. We don't need to hear sounds except to use hearing aids to hear environment sounds, not pick up words like songs or dreams. :roll:
