deaf people do serve in the israel army..and as i said before 99 % get non combat jobs..not 100%. there deaf divers,snipers,scouts,and a few other jobs..that are combat orieneted and open to the very best.
To make myself more clear......The instructor stands to the lower right well away from the ejecting cartridge and I know they do not let Deaf Israelis in combat roles, only non combatant roles.
