How much cost for PS3 games?

I just wonders about want know and find out about cost on new games for PS3.

I'm guessing, it will probably cost about between $49.99 to $59.99.
 
Well I've found out that afew games for the Wii will come around $60 as the new Xbox360 games were also.

I expect $49.99 to be the lowest price standard, and around $79.99 to be the highest. Back in the day, Chrono Trigger for the SNES cost $80 the day it came out.

There are a few reasons the PS3 will be pricey.
Advanced cell processors.
Blu-Ray movie disc player. (Mind you, the standalone Blu-Ray players are rumored to be $1200 at the minimum)
Wireless controllers.
$499 for 20GB pS3, $599 for 60 GB PS3.
 
You guys worring about the pricing? You know what, I have 11 360 games and I never paid more than 35 bucks plus free shipping, and tax-free. :)

I think it would cost 60 bucks since it's blu-ray you're talk about. New format disc is moe expensive than DVD norway.

$80? No way, it was $59.99. It was WORTH to play on SNES.

Yeah but all 360 games are normal DVD not HD-DVD and still pricing $59.99 dollars

Sony will shipping new blu-ray players in June, it will cost $999.99.

Blu-ray movies would start at $17.99 to 23.99, just like back for same price with DVD in 1997. DVD was cost $1,000 in 1996, or in 1997.

Just check at Sony Style website.

That's stupid news, just talk and talk about xbox 360 and there's too many anti-microsoft in USA, some in other countries. Peter is just make fun of PS3 because of prices, if sold for PS3 is much successful and outsell xbox 360 then xbox 360 is lost from console war though. PS3 is cheaper than 3DO, Neo-Geco and some other old game console, based on inflation. I'm sure that 80% (excluding under 16) people in USA can afford PS3 because they make more money, plus allowance at job. Some companies are associate with workers to purchase new PS3, just like my friend got new PS2 for free from sponsor at companies. Sony promised that video game wouldn't not cost more than $60.

I have admit that $60 games for blu-ray aren't bad, if HD-DVD for $60 and Blu-Ray for $60 then HD-DVD would be worse with cost, as expensive. I don't care if Peter is keeping make fun of PS3 but Sony would refuse to change their cost and planned. In other day, then microsoft will be lose.

Nah, Batou is correct... My father said that he bought FFIV in 1991 for SNES and it was $80. That's not surprised about SNES has different prices depend on games.

Let me to do math for Microsoft, Peter is just not know about math.

$299.99: Xbox 360
$99.99: Hard drive add-on
$99.99: Network adaptor
$39.99: HDTV code for plug on tv
$99.99-$199.99: HD-DVD add-on

Final total: $640-$740

Then Xbox 360 is more expensive than PS3. Microsoft, such as Peter need go back to high school and learn about using math. Some math teachers at my school have PS2 and love to play so much but they using wise with PS3 prices as they said Xbox 360 is more expensive, based on math for add-on and few features.
