How many of us aren't sleeping well?

Oh yes, I often drink mixture herbal tea "Valerian root, Lavendel and Melissen" tea for sleep and nerve tea. It helps alot.

I haven't slept well since late August 2005. And sometimes I would get lucky to get 8 hours of sleep.

I remember maybe 3 times in last 9 months, I would get at least 12 hours of sleep on and off.

I would wake up in the middle of night to go use bathroom then I would go back to bed and try to go back to sleep, sometimes I can, sometimes I cant. Grrr.

Maybe it is the being alone thing. I would be sleeping okay if my son sleeps with me, *he sleeps with me every night.* but I was meaning like I was getting used to sleeping alone or sleeping with a guy. Oh well.

I am almost used to it right now so that is life.

I had a hard time sleeping for almost a month or two now...you could say thanks to a certain friend of mine for nothing but problems... I slept for like 5 or 6 hours everyday...that's if I don't have any problems but if I do, forget about it! I might get lucky to sleep for like two hours... Oh well, that's life I guess... :)

I usually sleep well but for the past few days I've been having a hard time sleeping. I tend to go to bed around 10 30 to 11 pm and get up at 6 am for work. Thats what I did the past few days but I keep on waking up in the middle of the night feeling wide awake and unable to get comfy in my bed. its really affecting my day at work because I can't keep my eyes open!

I haven't sleeping well the last few weeks. My 16 months old daughter wake up during the night and her father put her in our bed. She is unreal. She move none stop and keeping me awake most of the night. Also i have ulcer, i suffer from it the last few days, on medication for it. It not doing any good.

I usually go to bed around 2am to 3 am and get up around 7 to 8 am. It seems like as I grow older, the less hours I need for sleeping. Does anyone feel that way?
