How do you actually build a good routine when you have zero motivation?

starting a new habit feels totally impossible when you are already completely exhausted. i always used to set these massive goals on monday and give up by wednesday afternoon. that constant cycle of quitting makes you feel like a failure and ruins any chance at a mindfull life. i broke that annoying loop by using logsday to just track one tiny positive thing every single day. keeping it that simple took away all the pressure and helped me actually stick to it. it shows you that small steps really do add up to big changes.
