When that things pop up problems what will you do with it? or If you not going to solve your problems what will do with it? It makes you feel frustrating and have problems still out there and had not solve problems yet. It will makes you worsen frustrating and more biggest problems coming to you and makes worsen frustrating what will you do about it under stressful and very frustrating and unable to solve problems yet. It becomes unable to communicate better like before? What will you do with it? something need to know about resolving problem? It comes with 8 words to resolving problems here it is #1 HOW #2 WHAT #3 WHY #4 WHEN #5 WHERE #6 WHICH #7 WHO #8 WHOM #8 WHENCE. Is this correct or am I wrong? I like to hear your reaction and feedback about this issue.

Well I would try to seek an attention...
Just bother people until they give in.

For example,
when Debt Collector tried to make me pay debt I owe...
they decided not to harass me anymore...
cause I would harass them...
And I was calling the Debt Collector and cuss them out... :pissed:

So I haven't heard from those Debt Collectors in years.
Oh well... :)

This sounds good but......

:ugh2: Did you know that if you not gonna pay off debt collector for unitl one year then they will requesting IRS will deduct your money of how much you owes the money to debt collector. It comes out of your refund tax. Didn't you know that? If you complain that IRS has been taken out of your money from your refund tax and You will have to file a motion for court to explain about this situation. They said they have the evidence and want to see the evidence from your's see if you did paid off the debt. If no evidence then you will lose it. It's how works that way. Ok now you understand how they do that to you. So they will not bother you after they did deducted your money from your tax refund. Then you still complain about this problem :pissed: If you have evidence that you already did paid off then the judge will order debt collector pay back to you. :ugh2:

Mostly NOT TRUE!

This is ONLY true when there is government debt collectors involved. Not private debt collectors. I bet this was told by one of private debt collector to scare you in order to get money from you. But again it is ILLEGAL to garnish the tax refund though private collectors.

Yes I understands it depends on their situation.

If they have the evidence that I owes from company and they will referral to debt collector company to send mail to request me to pay back and if not then they will request lawyer to withdrawl because of evidence has there. So attorney will order IRS withdrawl money to pay directly to debt collector so then I got very short money and wondering why they did that to me. And attorney asked me if I want to file a motion for money back to me from debt collector and they have the evidence and I do not have evidence that I already paid off. So I am stuck and forget it. If i have evidence yes for sure I can go file a motion for court to have them pay back to me.
