I was surprised too! I would have thought that a city in TEXAS would have definitely ruled against it. Good to hear that things are changing!
And I agree with Alicia. Things like that shouldn't matter in the first place.

Foxrac is correct. However, Texas is a huge state and most of it is rural. Outside the city limits things are very different.

Ahhh OK. I've never been near that area of the States, so all I know is from what I've read or heard (I've got a friend that lived in Houston for about 5 years). I'm assuming that there are worse parts of the South. Alabama or Arkensas?
