hot water

I usually drink hot water since I don't like coffee....So, it lead me to wondering...

Is that okay to drink hot water?

And other thing... Indian told me that drink hot water during hot day. Your body will feel more cooler in hot day. *shurg*

Only if you want to make yourself hotter, as for the consumption
of hot water being okay for you to drink? it's usally not recommended for
a reason I cannnot remember but I know it has to do with some form of build up within ones water heater that is not healthy to consume, now cold
water heated up is fine because it doesnt go through the water heater,
