Hot water heater

The water tank was broke from upstairs neighbor. It was replaced in 1989. The water was leaking through the kitchen ceiling and walls. It was ruined on the picture frame, etc.. I was so pissed off and called landlord.

We had to repaint the walls and ceiling. It was a big messy !

Normally landlord cover the cost of damage. He should hire someone to re-paint for you. ?
