Whoops, I missed the line '"Rather than using DMCA or COICA, the DHS has, as one spokesperson told the New York Times, 'executed court-ordered seizure warrants against a number of domain names."' But I agree about the lack of due process, since laws were created specifically to deal with these issues, and DHS chose to bypass them. Interesting.
 
Definate lack of due process. And also a good indication that Homeland Security is not very busy actually dealing with homeland security and terrorism issues as they would have us believe.:hmm:
