all for more reason why crying for stricter gun laws is bad idea
 
Having worked for DHS I can tell you it's normal. Agents are required to do training every month at the gun range and ammo doesn't come cheaply...especially with most of it going overseas. And since agents carry and deal with, gang bangers, who unlike law abiding gun owners, don't respect the law, they often have more fire power than most gun owners. Buying ammo in this amount should be expected. I imagine cops purchase just as much except it doesn't make the news....

Maybe they own Walmart stock, and they want ammo to be extremely rare. Imagine the crush of terrified gun owners when ammo becomes available! They might pay 10x the usual rate.

I say throw wal mart out of the windows. I personally am anti wal mart myself but that's just me. Wal marts are coming to Europe... I hope it stops at Italian border *face palms*

You're pretty much wrong. there are sources everywhere... Just look it up yourself.

I did this thread mainly because my dad complained it to me what he read about it in Washington Post some MONTHS ago... and asked whether if we talked about it in EU, I said flatly out, nope sorry, explaining that EU isn't US-centric as he assumed it to be (he asked because I work in newspaper organizations)

So yeah I thought about it and posted this thread just out of curiosity.
