I recently brought another cook book but this one is homemade desserts. I found some real good desserts that I haven't seen anyone made yet, gives me idea what to make when we have a family together to celebrate birthdays, Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc.

This one dessert that I haven't seen before is a dessert from the South

It's called "Banana Pudding Bites"

You would need the following items:

3 ripe bananas, peeled
32 vanilla wafer cookies
1 cup fat free instant banana cream pudding and pie filling mix jello

to prepare the pudding: in a bowl, whisk together 1 box 3.4 ounce banana cream pudding mix and 1 1/2 cups fat free milk for two minutes, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 3 hours

After 3 hours is up....

Remove the ends from peeled bananas and discard, Cut each banana into 10 to 12 1/2 inches slices.

Then you place vanilla wafer cookies on platter, top each cookie with banana piece, heaping a teaspoon of budding over each banana piece. Sprinkle with crumble cookie to garnish.......

after reading this dessert I decide to make one for us, OMG!! It was soo good and easy! The kids love it! ;)

I'll post more desserts later.... :)
