Holiday packages from UPS delayed

We all know that packages are slower to deliver over Holidays. This doesn't come as a surprise.

My parents usually send them early-- so this doesn't happen. I usually get them around the 17th or 18th, but this year I transported them here, and dang, my luggage bag was heavy.
 
i have the same situation as yours. my packages should be arrived in my city today and i called customer services three times and told me that my packages will arrived after xmas. it pissed me off. I told my brothers not to send the packages to ups any more. Fed ex is the best service to deliver on time.

That, or USPS Express. Either one works.
