It seems like you wanna move to CA because of beautiful nature.. mountains and the beach? Maybe you can go for it in a few years with Seq? :cheers:

I would love to do that.. But California, wow... Mostly of the houses price around more than 400,000 dollars.. Too much, maybe later or never... We will see

Yea, that right... I just rather to live in apartment with relatives or friends, just same as roommates to save my money but rent cost aren't boom alot, unlike real estate about boom too faster. We were talked to agent from real estate then one of man said "What the fuck with house prices" then "You always increase more and more expensive than last decade ago" and agent asked him to chill out that agent said economy in real estate are crisis due shortage of houses because lacking of builders. I think that builders are required to approve certificate before start with construction, then they are going expands more new apartments with gate communities and enforce our strict building code on architectures and zones.

I don't know that it when real estate are going recover but I avoid to buy and own houses because of stupid cost but real estate is just good for families, if in case after recover then new small-medium new houses are good for single, or with partners with medium-high income, alike good paying job. I just think if both of you that get good paying job then can moving to bay area or somewhere what you want to live in, rent the apartments aren't bad for people depends on income or figure out with someone.

Yea, we did figured out with my friend but I can't wait to relocate in suburb of SF area that where some relatives and real mother live here, or not decide yet.

FelixKat, I know about that. That house my parent used to live which was a rent house in Santa Rosa sold for about $530,000 and now it's valued at $657,000, that's for a 1,600 sq ft house. That's why California is expensive no matter what it is. I heard that in Oklahoma near Tulsa where there's a house for only $40,000 with 15 acres of land. I think it has 3 or 4 bedrooms, I forget.

The cost of houses all depends on the local economy, if it's very cheap. It can mean the economy is not good like for example jobs, long commutes, lack of support, crime rate, etc.

Ummm, 450 to 530,000 dollars. :( Sucks! When will they ever reduce the prices?????? The rent I'm paying is 950 a month. Some of them around me are $1200 and UP! :mad: Not funny. :( No wonder I wanna MOVE out!!! Of course, California is a nice weather (NOT because it's a CRAZY weather)... hehee. ;) Have fun going around in California. I'm sure you will like it around here.

That's right, SF and LA area have advanced and technology job but SF area is much more by far.

Maybe to Iowa, Washington (not D.C.), Arizona, or Texas. But I think I might stick here in this crazy state for a while and see how it will improve or not.

yep california is expenvise that's why I haven't moved out but I'm waiting to hear from HUD even tho I applied last april ;) then I wlil decide when to move out but it's free to use computer and laundry and food to eat not worry about anything but I only pay rent sometimes I pay parents for the bills that i don't have to pay I know I'm spoiled brat as usual :roll: anyways.. better find roommates if u want live here and psst.. it's hot here right now 94 degrees blah.. and yep summer time had offically started a bit early here ;)
