Hey gang...I'm still around. I have been involved in a pretty indepth investigation thats been eating my time away from home. I also had a vacation in there to New Jersey and to the Carolina's.

I have been reading AD from the road when I got the chance but not much posting.

I'm glad to see I was a little missed around here ;)
 
YAY! good to see ur okay! you got me worried sometimes especially the fact ur a cop and that can be dangerous. Sure glad to know ur around :)

LOL...funny. Unfortunately, my train stuff is a spare time thing too so not much as been done to that lately either. I am moving to a new place in October so a lot of the train stuff has to wait anyway since I have to move all of that :(

Police: 12-year-old pregnant after repeatedly raped

Man who rented room from victim's family charged

A 20-year-old man who was renting a room from an Annapolis family has been charged with repeatedly raping their 12-year-old daughter. The girl now is pregnant.

Noberto Vasquez Fuentes was charged with first- and second-degree rape, first- and second-degree sex offense, child abuse and other related charges. Police said he raped the girl at least five times this month. She was taken to Baltimore-Washington Medical Center where doctors determined she is pregnant.

Mr. Fuentes is being held without bond in the Jennifer Road Detention Center.

"It's pretty appalling," said Officer Hal Dalton, police spokesman. "Here you have a supposedly trusted member of the household and he violated that trust."

The girl told police the assaults began the first week of September and occurred five times over a period of three weeks. The last assault occurred at 11 p.m. on Sept. 23, according to charging documents.

At night, Mr. Fuentes would grab her by the arm and pull her into his room, police said. He would remove her clothing and rape her. Each time she told him no, Mr. Fuentes would threaten to hurt her family, court documents stated.

The girl told her family about the alleged rape and gave a photograph of Mr. Fuentes to police on Sunday. He was arrested yesterday in Glen Burnie without incident, police said.

Mr. Fuentes faces life in prison for first-degree rape and first-degree sex offense.

No one answered the door to the family's apartment this morning.

wow poor girl! what a truama for her! i hope she will recover from that. :(
 
That friggin pisses me off about that 12 year old girl. IMHO, That guy who did it is the type that should be fatally shot fleeing arrest, instead of becoming a burden to society in jail (or most likely released back to the public after short incarceration). One can only hope that the same thing happens to him as happened to Daumer, and the fellow inmates will impose on him the justice he so deserves.
