I searched at english google to provide the link here but I can´t find. I remember exactly from magazine, I read that a guy who want to visit, is being reject because of this. It was happeend at 3 or 4 years ago. I will search at German website to find right one... (He didn´t get shot against lyme diease after tick-bite.)

Later then they received shot to against lyme disease.. It look like that the tourists who received shot, is able to fly to some country.

I don´t beleive that incurable illness people travel to USA for sex.

I see nothing wrong that incurable illness people travel to USA to learn about American culture & enjoy themselves.

You will get HIV or AID thru sexual contact... This is all.

But Lyme disease is not contagious and it can be treated successfully with a few weeks of antibiotics...I still don't understand why this gentleman was being reject from allowing to visit ...:ugh:

Yes but the treatment, you receive successful only if they found the remark where tick bite on your body. If they can´t find then is bad. (Example, they can´t find until they found tick bite in their head - that´s how to lead them coma... body pain, etc.) It was happened to few of my co-workers and friends before.

I still don't understand why this gentleman was being reject from allowing to visit ...:ugh:

I tried to remember what the magazine said at 3 or 4 years ago. I wish to pay attention bit more.... I remember that he was on coma for over one year after tick bite. What´s special reason, why he was being reject...? I cannot remember. I will try to find out.

Isn't it interesting that an endangered species is protected, but a species in abundance especially of the ignorant variety is also protected by the law? :squint: JK!!

Well we have a lot of diseases in the world, and it's not like Americans don't have what their neighbors have. It's not a good thing to confuse two groups by treating them the same under an antiquated umbrella-law.. one irresponsible and one responsible, and both have the same disease. The government made a big mistake during the AIDS scare, and it's horrible to continue this ignorant legacy at the expense of the truly honest ones who do have the disease.
 
Well, in my opinion, I am supporting this law. I HATE to say but agreed with Heath. Can't ignore the facts and it is not about HIV/AIDS discriminating. If in that case, do you think big and tall/ FAT people can't sit on any ride at disneyworld or on the airplane or anything like that. So we should call SIZE discriminating? That's fucking silly. USA protects people, is being safe, and does anything in its power to make this country the best as possible as it can.

By the way, HIV/AIDS is not a disease. You can get a HIV/AIDS by through sex contract, sharing needles, and drugs therefore it is infected.

There are several international disney worlds in the world. USA has two which is in Florida and CA. But this has nothing do with.... Never mind. Sick kid and tourist with HIV/AIDS are different. the law is applied for tourist with HIV/AIDS only. Thereofre some of those posts are invaild.

HIV sometimes manifests into symptoms, so according to the definition, it is a disease. I never heard that it was otherwise.

Wait a minute, you jumped to the wrong conclussion. I want to make a point for pacman. That's because Pac-man stated that, "No, You won't surprised that more white people got AIDS/HIV than Latino does." and by the time I read this, I was like what has do with this thread? and decided to bring it up which is not related to this thread. Kids with HIV are denied entry into the US. The US government does not grant tourist visas to people who are open about their HIV+ status. In the eyes of the US government, kids are no different from the tourist with HIV+, so your post makes no sense.

Could be that deaf people have higher incidence of HIV than hearing people, because they are more likely to be involved in substance abuse and non-safe sex due to the lack of education on safe sex health.

Yes there is a difference. Sick kids with HIV/AIDS are dying, have no physical movements, making a wish. Tourist considered to be adults, children, and senior ciztens who enter the country from a different country.
