Ok, let's say I put a bike rack up for sale for $65. I got few interest for it. I got it sold for $65. That is done for.

Now, I got yet another rack that is exactly the same what I sold. I decided I would put it up for sale for $70.

No, I'm not saying pull the $65 rack off craigslist, then relist for $70.

I'm saying that I got a 2nd rack and I think I can get more than $65 for it.

Is it breaking any rules?

Any item is worth whatever the customer is willing to pay for it. If the customer doesn't want to spend more than $65, then he won't buy it, pure and simple.

Now if you're dealing with the same buyer as the first rack, they might question the price increase. If it's a repeat customer, you might want to make a better deal in order to show appreciation and encouragement of repeat business.
