Can you clarify to us what specialized tech support is?
 
sure.

Specialized tech support as in working on speech to text programs, dragonspeak kind of thing, or using programs that has the ability to assist the deaf. Or using braille keyboards or those kind of specialized hardware or software designed specifically for the disabled.
