No reason to limit it to Moms! It should be great for anyone with up to a toddler to transport.

Im a dad and I would, pushing a stroller a couple miles uphill is a pain. Besides, its a lot safer than the seat on the back of a bike.

It would depend on the child , some child would not want to sit that way very long. I uses a stroller and let my child walked or get push when she got tried.

I think it would depend on how easy it is to swap over. Looks like you have to take the child out first.
