Hello,
My name is Ben Lippert and I am a hard of hearing student at Carroll University. I am conducting a study on the effects of instant messaging communication (text messaging/Facebook) and whether or not it is closing or narrowing the communication gap between hearing and deaf cultures. I was wondering if anyone on this message board is willing to participate, because it has been a challenge to find hard of hearing/deaf participants? It will take about 15 minutes and will play an important role in shedding light on what we can improve to close communication gaps between deaf and hearing culture.
