so again...im thinking about going to college. at least a community college, but i have no idea how or where to start. i never took my SATs in high school, and i dont know where to take them, or when to take them. i dont know how to actually get into college.

if u guys could help me out id appreciate it.
 
Start at Deaf school and ask where to take your SAT tests etc. I am sure they will be more than happy to help you get into college.

i wasnt being "grummy" alright??? all i said was im hearing. u just added ur own attitude towards it.
 
Well AJ, I am not too sure but you should be able to click on get answers You may find what you are looking for about SAT and another educational things. I also recommend you speak with the closest university to see where you can take the SAT test and get some more help.

Do you have any particular interests or professional field that you would really like to get into...knowing these things can also help decide where to study and get you prepared down the road. ;)
 
I know that

depending on the time out of Hs you may not need SAT 's I nevertook them and took a placement test at Comm. Colllege for Eng. and Math and started that way . Call and make a appointment at school of choice and see what happens

True. I never took SAT's or a placement test but I was able to get my college degrees anyway.

It depends on the college. You need to contact the college or colleges in which you are interested. Most of them have websites now that list their requirements, or you can just call them.

AJ wasn't mean; he was just stating a fact to clarify his situation. No harm, no "grumminess". :P
 
Well, AJ...If you know what you want to become, maybe u can check out few school that may hold your career preferances and they can help you.

Man, Ive got to get back in school too LOL anyways AJ...good luck man and let us know how it goes :)
