Help in finding FREE software....

Hi all.....

I wasn't sure where to place my post, seeing as this is for computers etc...
I figure this would probably would be my best bet.

I actually need help in finding 2 things, which I just can't seem to find at all :(.
I am looking for a weblink to surf anonymously without having to download etc. I tried this link....

And all I get is when I click on onto it & use it:

" Not Found
The request document was not found on this server." :(

Can any one else have a better luck than me??

I have tried to find it in numerous occations, but no luck at all. :(

And another one is....

I am looking for a website/weblink which helps me (as a hearing person),
to learn how to sign each names of the 50 states.

I tried to find it & also in the computer website local library, & also to the nearest library where I live, no books on it or much less a website/weblink for me to learn on.

Hope some of you would have a better luck than me.

I am looking for a website/weblink to link into to beable to surf anonymously (without having to download anything),

and also a website/weblink that can help me to learn to sign all of the names of each of the 50 states (without having to download anything).

BTW- Thank you NEO for that google weblink, I will see if that will help me to find what I am looking for.

I think through google, & later the next day I used it, that one turned out to be dead, too. :(

How come when I find stuff like that, & use it, later they discontinue it, & I can't use it anymore. :(

Can anyone have a better luck than me??
