HELP I need some Red Snapper/Grouper recipes

I have googled some recipes for fish. Found none that really made my mouth water... Want something different... I have been fishing a lot since the oil spill.

This is our latest catch...

I just need some different ideas on how to cook them ...

MMmm tasty. I'm simple when it comes to fish. I either gut them and wrap them whole in aluminum foil and grill them. Or fillet them and cook them in olive oil with lemon and basil brushed on the meat
